Juliett Release Party
How do you improve an already awesome beer? You age it in a bourbon barrel. On February 11th we unleashed Juliett, our Russian Imperial Stout that’s been quietly conditioning in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. And it was everything you’ve ever dreamed about in a beer. A slightly sweet, smokey, roasty, hoppy tastebud explosion. But don’t take our word for it, taste for yourself if you haven’t already. There’s still some on tap and in bombers in our tasting room. On Saturday, February 11, we’re unleashing our Juliett Russian Imperial Stout aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. This is a brewery-only, limited-quantity release, so we recommend staking out your territory by pre-ordering this special brew, and matching collectable glassware and shirts now in order to guarantee happiness and avoid sadness later.

Black and viscous, like the oil that seeped from the sides of this “Providence Landmark Museum”, this bourbon barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout is named after the infamous submarine that was retired and eventually sunk in the Providence Harbor. At 9% ABV and 65 IBUs, this is to be enjoyed top-side, and not at the controls.
